Black Faced Sheep Return and/or Exchange Policy:

Customer Satisfaction- Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with the products you receive from us.  Many of our items are handcrafted and will vary in size, shape, coloration or characteristics, making them truly unique.  We do not consider these to be damaged or defective.  If for some reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item for a refund or exchange.  Please see our Furniture Return policy for all furniture, as it differs greatly from our normal return policy. 

Damaged Item- We will gladly replace any damaged item at no cost to the buyer, as long as we are notified within 72 hours after the merchandise has been received. 

Returns – If you are unsatisfied with any item received, you may return it within 30 days of receipt.  Please ship the item, by trackable means (UPS/FedEX) and prepaid to: BFS Returns, 16152 Jackson Creek Parkway, Ste 120,  Monument, Co 80132.   The merchandise must be adequately packed and returned in sellable condition.  We will refund your money, excluding shipping costs.  We regret that shipping costs are not refundable.  Please make sure that your name, customer number, address, phone, along with the description of the merchandise you’re returning, is included in your package.  If you have any questions, please call customer service at 877-481-3543.    ** "Furniture" includes all dining tables, beds, bedside tables, mirrors, hutches, bookcases, coffee tables, end tables, stools, chairs, wine barrel dog beds, lamps, etc. These are all considered heavy items that require special shipping. We will accept refunds after 30 days for store credit only. 

Exchanges

Exchange – If you would like to exchange an item, please call customer service at 877-481-3543 to expedite that request.  Your returned item must be in sellable condition.  Once your unwanted item is returned, we will gladly ship out your new item.  Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable for original item and shipping costs will apply to replacement item.  If we shipped you the wrong item by mistake, we will of course take care of all the shipping costs.

Furniture Delivery and Returns

Alaska and Hawaii Furniture Delivery– Alaska and Hawaii furniture deliveries will need to contact customer service for extra freight surcharge.  White Glove Delivery Service is not available for these two states.

Furniture Delivery– Most of our heavy furniture comes straight from the manufacturer.  We must have a street address to facilitate delivery of any freight merchandise.  Unless otherwise specified, please allow at least 21 days for delivery. 

Delivery Surcharge– Because of the high cost of shipping, we do require a surcharge for the shipment of heavy furniture, along with the standard shipping charges.  Please note that delivery includes curb side freight delivery.  This means that the freight carrier will call to schedule a delivery window.  They will place the merchandise inside the first door of entry or they will place it on the curbside.  It is helpful to have assistance available.   ** Furniture orders may not be cancelled if already in transit.

White-Glove Delivery– We offer a white glove delivery service for $200.00 extra.  This is in additional to all other shipping charges. The delivery company will bring your item into your home, unpack, set it up and remove all packing material.  Please select Item # 9000 under the category “Delivery” to add this service.   

Damaged Furniture Returns– Please inspect furniture immediately upon delivery.  If your furniture arrives damaged, please refuse delivery and call customer service immediately.  None of our furniture is mass produced.   It is all handmade and will have it's own unique characteristics. We do not consider these flaws.  Your piece will be be replaced at no cost to you.   Once delivery is accepted, customer owns the merchandise and is responsible for any damages.

Furniture Returns-   We accept returns for furniture up to 14 days after receipt.  If for some reason, the customer no longer wishes to keep the furniture, they must call customer service at 877-481-3543 for Return Merchandise Authorization number.  Because of the high cost of shipping heavy items, a 20% re-stocking fee will apply and be deducted from customer's refund.  The customer must pre-pay and arrange for the insured, return shipping to: BFS Returns, 16152 Jackson Creek Parkway, Ste. 120 , Monument, Co 80132.  We regret that shipping charges are not refundable.  Furniture must be in sellable condition upon return.  If furniture is not damaged and customer refuses delivery, the return freight and restocking fee will be subtracted from customer's refund.     Please measure carefully before ordering furniture.  ** "Furniture" includes all dining tables, beds, bedside tables, mirrors, hutches, bookcases, coffee tables, end tables, stools, chairs, wine barrel dog beds, lamps, etc. These are all considered heavy items that require special shipping. **

On Sale Items - All items bought "on sale" can be returned for store credit only.
